  • Delivery Times: While we aim for prompt delivery, any delivery dates provided are estimates only. Ssupscribe Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers (e.g., SF Express).

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refund Policy

  • Health & Safety: Due to the nature of health supplements and for hygiene reasons, we generally do not accept returns once the product seal has been broken or the packaging has been tampered with.

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

6. Personal Information
