Shipping & Delivery
1. Delivery Areas
We currently provide delivery services across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories.

Note: For remote areas or outlying islands, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for delivery.
2. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
- Standard Delivery: A flat rate of HK$28 applies to all orders
- Expedited Delivery: A flat rate of HK$78 applies to all orders.
- Free Shipping: Spend HK$1000 or more to enjoy free delivery to your doorstep or designated self-pickup points.
3. Delivery Methods

SF Express: We primarily use SF Express for home delivery and SF Locker/Store pickups.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

Estimated Delivery Time: * Commercial/Industrial areas: 1-2 business days.

Residential areas: 2-3 business days.

4. Self-Pickup
During checkout, you can select your preferred SF Express Self-Pickup Point or EF Locker. Please ensure your mobile number is correct to receive the pickup SMS code.
Returns & Exchanges
1. 7-Day Return Policy
To maintain the highest standards of health and safety, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent within 7 days of receipt.
2. Hygiene & Safety Requirement

Unopened Items Only: Due to the nature of health supplements, we cannot accept returns for any products that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal.

The product must be in its original packaging with all labels intact.
3. How to Request a Return
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Take a photo of the product and the delivery note.

Email us at info@ssupcribe.com with your Order ID.

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide instructions for the exchange or refund.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please note that banks may take 5-10 business days to reflect the credit in your account.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Can I change my delivery address after the order is placed? If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp for urgent changes.
What if I am not home during delivery? If you miss a home delivery, the courier will usually contact you to reschedule. We recommend using SF Lockers for the most flexible pickup options.
